4 tbsp self raising flour (sifted)
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
1 mug (microwaveable)
In your microwavable mug, mix your flour, sugar and cocoa, then spoon in your egg.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix it with a fork.
Place your mug into the microwave for 3 minutes on high.
Let your cake set for a minute or two, then remove from the microwave.
