Arrival Procedure
Open all doors, shutters and windows to freshen rooms
Switch on power (in basement) to well pump and hot water
Switch on well pump
Check thermometer is set to living temp
Close fridge door and switch on
Run water ALL taps through for at least 5 minutes
Departure Procedure
Gas off to hob
Turn off power in basement to hot water tank (at consumer unit)
Turn off power to well water pump
Check boiler is on and temp set 35 - 45
Run cold water through (or flush loo a few times) for 1 minute to release pressure in system after well pump off
Set thermostat low for frost cover
Check all windows closed and shuttered
Check all lights off (incl attic)
